How can I pay for my NOCHEE VIDA order?

You can use Credit or Debit – and pay through Razorpay or you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (only available in India). We accept Indian and non-Indian cards. 

How soon can I get my NOCHEE VIDA order?

It takes us 2-3 (business) days to process the order and ship it out. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 3-5 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Can I exchange or return my NOCHEE VIDA order?
 

NOCHEÉ VIDA offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

All items purchased can be returned for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a Wallet Credit in their NOCHEÉ VIDA account.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • They should be returned within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, NOCHEÉ VIDA should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snap shot at customercare@nocheevida.com

  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

 

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to NOCHEÉ VIDA In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

What about cancellations?
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. However, the shipping fee is additional, depending on the destination country. 

What about customs and other duties?
Some countries levy import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. The NOCHÉE VIDA does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
